Avec Anni ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Anna Papugova, is a Dutch sole proprietorship (KVK: 86577719), based in Alkmaar, the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we collect through avecanni.studio, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Through our contact form, when you reach out about a project, we collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your business name

• Details about your project that you choose to share

We don't currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent banner before any tracking begins.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and, if we move forward together, to prepare proposals and agreements.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. It may be shared with service providers that support our operations (e.g. our website host, Framer), where necessary to run the site. We don't share your data with any other third parties.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for accounting/legal purposes, as required by Dutch law.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to or restrict how we process your data

• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Cookies

We don't currently use cookies for analytics or tracking. If we introduce tools like Google Analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent banner so you can choose whether to allow tracking before it begins.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. If changes are significant, we'll note them here.
